Description
Comtech 125W KU-Band BUC We have just received and tested this used KU-Band BUC. Lets start out with the disadvantages, it won’t win any beauty contests. This amplifier has been working on top of an SNG truck for all of its life, the only reason we have it was because the truck is being used for another project.
The model number is LPK0-31 it has standard KU Band of 14 to 14.5 GHz.
Now for the good news, we tested it with a CW to a clean 98 watt output, and it comes with the power cable and the M&C cable.
It does not need DC voltage nor the 10 MHz reference. You can see the results of the test in the downloads tab.
i never knew what LPOD stood for until I found this brief description.
