Description
There are two Andrew 3.7M antennas available. One is C-Band, and the other is KU-Band.
These antennas are located in South America in the owner’s warehouse. The are packed and ready to ship.
The Andrew 3.7-meter dual-reflector Earth Station Antenna is a high-performance satellite communication system designed for professional-grade uplink and downlink operations across multiple frequency bands. Here’s a breakdown of its key features and specifications:
Core Design & Optics
- Dual-reflector Gregorian optics: Enhances gain and pattern control by using a subreflector to redirect signals to the feed horn.
- Precision-spun aluminum reflector: Two-piece construction ensures accurate surface contour and high efficiency.
- Self-aligning main reflector: Simplifies field installation—no special alignment tools required.
️ Mechanical & Structural Features
- Pedestal or pipe mount options: Allows flexible installation with non-critical foundation orientation.
- Hot-dipped galvanized steel mount: Provides long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
- Wind survival rating: Optional configuration for up to 180 MPH wind loads (K and Ku-band only).
- Equipment enclosure: 48″ x 24″ hub for mounting LNAs and other electronics (available only with pedestal mount).
