Description
Anacom 31968 80W C-Band Amplifier has just been returned from refurb, Although the only fixes were to replace both fans.
This is an outdoor amplifier, not a BUC because it expects 70MHz input. This means that you can use any of the legacy 70 MHz modems with a cheap IFL cable to reach the antenna site where the transmitter is located.
It uses A/C power ranging from 100 volts to 220 volts via the included cable.
Only 26,826 hours, and it tested easily to 80W and could go beyond if pushed.
Our tests used the Anacom Supervisor software with the included M&C cable. If you need a copy, just ask.
The attached photographs were taken during testing AND DONT GET EXCITED ABOUT THE CROSS-GUIDE COUPLER AND DUMMY LOAD, THAT’S NOT PART OF THE SALE.
