Wavestream 40W KU-Band BUC model number MBB-KU40 frequency range of 14Ghz to 14.5GHz.

The BUC is a refugee from an outside broadcast truck, it has spent the last few years in the rain and sun and the paint on the outside of this BUC has taken damage. Fortunately, the BUC is still in excellent working condition, as you can see by the test data attached in the downloads tab.

For testing we set the input frequency to 14.25GHz CW on a CDM 570L modem and increased the power level until we reached saturation at 38watts.
